1.) Shopping tour in Soelden

There are lots of shops in Soelden - Sportshops as well as fashion stores and culinary delicacies shops. Make a tour along the main street of Soelden (Dorfstraße) and enjoy a great shopping day.

2.) 007 Elements installation - James Bond is calling

On the summit of Gaislachkogel, the 007 Elements cinematic installation towers 3.050 m above sea level, but hides entirely in the style of a secret agent inside the mountains. Not only die-hard 007 fans are thrilled by the official Bond Location with its dramatic architecture and brilliant staging.

3.) Toboggan in Soelden

Hire a sledge and try out the new toboggan run of Soelden. With a length of 7,3 km this run is one of the longest in Soelden. Use the Gaislachkogelbahn for the ascent and enjoy the toboggan run into the valley. A great alternative and highlight during your skiing holidays in Soelden.

4.) Winter hiking in Soelden

The hiking paradise of Soelden is also in season in winter: 49.5 km of cleared, signposted winter hiking trails lead through snow-covered forests, winter-white meadows and along the local river Ötztaler Ache. Whether heavy snowfall, bright sunshine or something in between, a winter hike in Soelden is worthwhile in all weather. Simply choose a winter hiking route based on your preferences and fitness. There is a huge choice in and around Soelden: 19 varied winter hiking trails at all difficulty levels take you not only into the silence of nature but also a little towards your inner self. 5.) Have you already seen the hanging bridge of Soelden?

A walk along the river “Ötztaler Ache” is also worth seeing in Soelden. Start your walk in the centre of Soelden (Freizeit Arena) and walk along the river in direction south into the village “Moos”. The bridge crosses the river on a spectacularly high point and you can see the frozen ice underneath. On the other side of the bridge is the supermarket M-Preis and you follow the main road Dorfstraße back to your starting point.

6.)Ice skating & ice hockey

Soelden's well-prepared ice skating rink offers the whole family the opportunity to move on ice with a certain routine. The scenic ice rink is located at the sports field, just 5 walking minutes from the base station of Gaislachkogl mountain gondola. In addition to classic ice skating, there are also hockey players and ice curling fans.

7.) Water fun at Freizeit Arena

Jump into the family-friendly adventure pool and enjoy the genuine Tirolean charm and modern bathing fun. Massage jets in a rock grotto and bubble beds can ease the tired skiers' muscles in approx. 30° C warm water. Even more action is waiting for you in the white-water channel, on the huge slide and in the 32° C warm children's pool. Fun and action for the whole family is guaranteed.
